To take advantage of the Early Price, the payment should be received before May 25th 2018.
(*) Proof of PhD student or student must accompany the application. Please, send a valid certificate from the University confirming this status and/or an evidence of payment of the student fees to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.

(***) The accompanying person fee includes coffee breaks and meals at the conference venue, gala dinner and social program.
The registration fees (regular, member and student) include participation to the conference program, one accepted paper, conference kit, extended abstracts book, proceedings volume online, coffee breaks and meals at the conference venue and social program.
For each accepted paper, one author must register (as regular, member or student), pay the registration fee and personally present the paper at the conference (oral or poster).
The full registration will cover only ONE accepted paper.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1st step: To accomplish the registration process, please click in the following link: REGISTRATION FORM. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.
2nd step: Transfer the total price [registration type + companion (optional) + gala dinner (optional) + extra pages (optional)] to the following bank account:

3rd step: Send the following information to the e-mail address email@example.com:
- A copy of the bank transfer.
- If student discount applied, a valid certificate from the University confirming this status and/or an evidence of payment of the student fees.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat JCM2018, at email@example.com.
It is always possible to replace the registered participant, as long as this is communicated before the beginning of the event.
Refunds (less € 50 handling fee) may be obtained for cancellations received up to the 1st of June.
No refunds will be paid for any cancellation made after that date.
